[edit] Refuse to compensation per co-use' mandatory, recommended or optional?

ex: Petrol found in a PPP car won't be refunded. A PPPCar's crash should be compensated

If we don't use the Refuse mandatory we:
Could look like it's not sustainable to newbees (:)
We would have to recommend to:
Estate rates standards for the 'co-use compensation' (per type of good) and Owners should Rate/Estate the PPP co-use cost for:
Co-using requesters must:
-Give me contact details from you that i considered sufficient.
-Pay the estimated consumption time at a xRate

Instead of the simpler and just for movable goods:

-Give me contact details from you that i considered sufficient.

(How to) include Compensation for accidental damages...? or add sustainable co-use.. ? both redundant?

coco: +1 per mandatory: -It will be even better if it could be short like stated ("Refuse to compensation per co-use.") for not needing to ask owner's for further specifying things like "Goods' (co-)use consumption rates:", "+which currencies to be payed with:" + ....

[edit] Values/Rights

(Owner's) PPP rights/values and/or Declaration's principles are:

[edit] Sustainability

Right to get back the PPPed good in the same conditions or be compensated otherwise.
Compensations made in goods/services(/$?)...

[edit] Owner's authority

Co-users can't modify this terms without owner's acceptance.
toka: as I understand property law, this is the default case and does not have to be the first rule / declaration
coco: hehe, this makes sense for non-formal declarations.... ex: you are not suposed to respect this point in a nonformal declaration unless i write something about it(even then, you can 'not repsect' it anyway but this is part of the declarations magicgame/risk. Apart: i can declare ppp something, and can let you to change some of the terms of use, some others not. :)

[edit] Tracking

Owner's/Co-user right to know where & how is the PPPed thing at the moment in a short time.
If he/she/it wants!

[edit] Customization

Right to choose optional terms for PPPing.
Which have to have a public/freedom of use/sharingfullnes/commons supporting conditions/lines/principles/...

[edit] Witness need?

A witness is useful for Contracts, where can act as an unofficial but official certifier of the bilateral arrangement between another 2. For Declarations it's a bit of a no needed thing..

[edit] Mediator needed?

A Mediator is a third person who 2 persons decide to give the Authority to resolve a hipothetic dispute between the 2. Like with witness, it makes sense for contracts but none for Declarations.
