PPP declarations consist of two parts:

A an informal part, which describes the offered use conditions of a good.

A formal part, which is a contract, people have to sign to use the good.

[edit] Formal aspects

Declarations are unilateral statements from a person.

If there are two persons stating the same, then it is an agreement. An agreement can be formalized-intepreted into-as a Contract(=valid proof in a conventional court).

Agreements and Contracts are in fact Declarations but we use this page [Declarations] just for informal and unilateral Declarations. This strategy permits avoiding bureaucracy, centralisation, too many required contact details and unfallaces the thinking of -For letting things to people it's securer-better to be able to sue someone at a conventional court.

With Declarations we risk finding owners who declare&advertise PPP things and later don't let people co-use them anytime or as free as they have declared. Therefore, we have to build community tools for positevely discouraging this type of owners. 

The co-use of a PPP (Declared) thing can't be used for sueing colaborative co-users with robbery charges for example.

  • owner = The person who declares to have the Authority about the PPP thing.
  • co-owner / patron = Someone who the Owner gives the Authority over other Co-users for using the PPPthing.

  • co-user / user = Human/animal/... who are using at the moment the PPP.
toka: I prefer "user"
  • Co-user candidate = All. The rest of people/animals/... who are not using the PPP at the moment and want to use or even don't care about using the PPP.
toka: do we need this ?
  • passing= When a Co-user lets another Co-user to use the PPP.
  • conventional court= Official Courts found at the Countries listed at the UN.
  • I/Me/My = owner
  • you = co-user / user
  • Authority = Right from the owner to, at any time, claim back the thing for his/her use or not.

  1. I own this thing and i can, prior giving proper notification to Co-user(s), modify this terms of use at anytime I may consider. Co-users can't modify this terms without My acceptance.

      2. When is his/her limit time.
      3. Know details about people who has asked you for it already.
